Gather, shop, learn, and see art at WCMA’s Summer Space at 76 Spring Street in Williamstown, MA.

WCMA is taking to the streets this summer while its permanent home, Lawrence Hall, closes temporarily for renovations. The Summer Space pop-up features an exhibition of artwork from the WALLS Collection, the WCMA shop, and weekly programs.

Open daily from 11 a.m to 6 p.m. from June 3 through Sept. 2.

WALLS (Williams Art Loan For Living Spaces)

See a selection of WCMA’s WALLS collection, 127 original works of art that go out on loan to Williams College students every semester. Students in the museum’s Agents for Creative Action program curated a group of 40 works by artists including Louise Nevelson, Francisco Goya, Titus Kaphar, Margaret Bourke-White, Kiki Smith, Wifredo Lam, and Marc Chagall for visitors to spend time with this summer.

WCMA Shop

With an emphasis on contemporary design and local makers, the WCMA shop offers art and design-inspired books and zines, home goods, jewelry, and gifts for all ages. It features local and international designers including poketo, areaware, and Chronicle Press. This summer, a newly-debuted selection of beverages by Yes Folk Tonics Kombucha, Green Bee sodas, and Quivr coffee and tea will be available for visitors to purchase and enjoy in Summer Space.
