Did you know that Constitution Day is being celebrated today? On September 17 1787, delegates to the Constitutional Convention signed and adopted the United States Constitution. An undoubtedly important date in our nation’s history indeed!

Looking for something to do this July 4? Join us at the museum this Independence Day and be entertained by a star-studded reading of the Founding Documents of the United States of America! Actors Jessica Hecht and Steven Weber, and comedian Lewis Black, who are in town performing with the Williamstown Theatre Festival, will step off the stage and into our courtyard to read the Declaration of Independence and the British Reply, as well as the Preamble to the Constitution….
