Congratulations to the 2014 Fulkerson Leadership in the Arts Award Winners
The Williams College Museum of Art (WCMA) is delighted to announce the 2014 Fulkerson Leadership in the Arts Award winners: Marisa Repka, Class of 2014, and Nina Pelaez, Graduate Student in the History of Art, Class of 2014. The Fulkerson Fund for Leadership in the Arts is now in its fifth year and continues to support a variety of student-centered projects at WCMA including WALLS (Williams Art Loan for Living Spaces) and WAC (WCMA Advisory Council). A central component of the Fund is the annual Leadership in the Arts Award presented to one graduating Master’s and College student. This award recognizes students who are poised to become future arts leaders. We seek students who have contributed substantially to WCMA’s efforts to engage the Williams community with the visual arts. Winners are awarded a fully funded trip to meet with a prominent alumni arts leader and an American Alliance of Museums membership. WCMA is lucky to have so many wonderful students share their time, ideas, and gifts with us each year, and these two truly stood out from a pool of highly qualified nominees. Please join us in congratulating Marisa and Nina!
